‏ایک بڑی کنسٹرکشن کمپنی کو پاکستان کے پہاڑی علاقوں۔!! 
  !!  سڑک بنانے کا ٹھیکہ مل گیا ...

انھوں نے نقشے بنانے شروع کیے۔ سروے کہ دوران ایک غیر ملکی ٹھیکیدار کو کچھ سمجھ نہ آیا۔ اعتراض اٹھانے پر انھوں نے پوچھا کہ آپ لوگ پہاڑی علاقے میں سڑک کا نقشہ کیسے ترتیب دیتے ہیں؟

‏اس پر پاکستانی ٹھیکیدار نے کہا کہ ہم کھوتے پہ چونے کی بوری میں سوراخ کر کے لاد دیتے ہیں اور کھوتے کو پہاڑ پہ چھوڑ دیتے ہیں ، کھوتا جس راستے سے اوپر نیچے جاتا ہے وہاں چونے کہ نشان سے ہمیں پتہ چل جاتا ہے کہ یہ بہتر راستہ ہے، اور پھر وہیں پر سڑک بنانا شروع کردیتے ہیں۔

‏وہ غیر ملکی بڑا پریشان ہوا اور پوچھا کہ " آپ کے ہاں سڑکیں سول انجینئرز نہیں بناتے؟"

تو ٹھیکیدار نے ہنس کر کہا “جہاں کھوتا میس 

نہ ہو وہاں انجینئرز ہی بناتے ہیں۔"

A significant development organization has won an agreement to construct a street in Pakistan's sloping district ...

         They began making maps. During the review, an unfamiliar project worker saw nothing. When he brought up a criticism, he inquired, "How would you design a guide in a sloping region?"
On this the Pakistani project worker said that we put an opening in the lime sack on the jackass and burden it and leave the jackass on the mountain. There is a superior way, and afterward we begin assembling the street there.
The outsider was extremely disturbed and inquired, "Don't your streets have structural specialists?"

So the project worker chuckled and said, 
"Specialists construct where there is no misfortune."
